A manager at a hotel in Nairobi,Kenya, has denied sexually assaulting a female university student inside a washroom.
Francis Mwaura Kagoko has been charged with touching the Kenyatta University student on her breasts “with his hands” and licking her face “with his tongue” without her consent.
The prosecution says the suspect accosted the female inside a washroom where she had gone to relieve herself.
Kagoko faces a second charge of assault arising from biting Y.M.D on her cheeks in an ensuing struggle.
Hearing is on April 4 2017.
The suspect is identified in a police file as the manager of Jerry Hotel on Dubois Road,Nairobi.
He has been released on cash bail of Sh 70,000.
He faces trial for committing an indecent act with an adult and assault.
