Detectives trailed and arrested Guy Spencer Elms at the Milimani law courts where he was later charged with forging a Will dated March 24 1997 purporting it to be a genuine Will signed by the late Rodger Bryan Robson.

And some contacts would not pick phone calls relating to this development!

Anyway, read on.

Demanded the property

Guy Spencer then demanded the property of the late Roger Bryan Robson, police say.

The suspect on October 30 2013 at the High Court, Nairobi, with intent to obtain a Grant of Purchase in the matter of the Estate of Roger Bryan Robson was caught pants down in the succession Cause No. 955 of 2013, the charge sheet states.

Elms also presented the fake document to a police officer, CPL Samuel Kamau, at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations Headquarters, Nairobi on February 10  2015.

Genuine document

The lawyer has been charged with faking a Power of Attorney dated January 28  2010 purporting it to be a genuine document giving him access to the late Bryan’s multi-billion shillings worth property in Nairobi, Kenya.

The fake Power of Attorney also presented to an investigator then becomes the root of a fourth count in the multiple offence charge sheet presented before the Chief Magistrate’s criminal court late afternoon.

Elms has since been released on a bond of Ksh500,000.

A hearing was set for December.
