Emanuel Okelo and Elizabeth Waiyego are charged with forging land transfer documents purported to have been drawn by Yunis Mohammed and Associates Advocates.
The two are the directors of Joem Consultants Limited at TRV Office Plaza along Muthithi Road in Westlands, Nairobi.
They are also accused of forging the signature of Mutiso Mutinda on the transfer documents of the land piece valued at Ksh80 million.
They duped Arshad Shamsudin Alibhai and Nafisa Alibhai of Ksh35 million and Ksh37 million respectively, and one Karim Hassanali Sharif between November 24 2016 and January 28 2017, the prosecution said.

The duo is also charged with making a fake allotment letter, purported to have been issued by the town clerk, city county of Nairobi.
Investigators say part of the con cash amounting to Ksh29m was wired to former Nairobi governor Kidero’s son, Ronny.

The suspects have been released on Ksh1 million bond or an alternative of cash bail Ksh300,000. Case to be heard on March 19 2018.
