A LIMURU court has discharged Neno Evangelism pastor, Apostle James Ng’ang’a, and three others of all charges emanating from that fatal road crash that claimed the life of a female driver…

The trial magistrate has however deferred the reason for acquittal  up-till Monday May 7 2018 at 9.30am.

The prosecution will e moving to the High Court to appeal the decision for acquittal once it gets  the detailed ruling.

Ng’ang’a and the three, cops the prosecution said went out of their way to cover up the crime, were charged  with 9 offences in the Criminal Penal Code and Traffic Act.
